Refund policy

HIRVY – Return & Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: Please ensure that your order details, including size and color are correct before finalizing your purchase. All orders are custom-made and processed immediately, and mistakes due to customer error cannot be refunded.


1. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Wrong size

    • Wrong color

    • Change of mind

    • Buyer’s remorse

  • All sales are final once the order is placed.


2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are only provided if the item is:

    • Damaged during shipping

    • Incorrect item sent due to an error on our part

  • You must report the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim:

  • Email us at info@hirvy.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item

  • HIRVY will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days


3. Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved:

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end

    • Return address will be provided upon approval of your return request

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom-made and print-on-demand items are non-returnable except in cases of damage or incorrect items sent

  • Sale items, gift cards, or personalized orders cannot be refunded

  • Color variations due to monitor display settings or print production are not considered defects


5. Exchanges

  • To receive a replacement:

    • Report the damaged or incorrect item

    • HIRVY will provide instructions for sending/receiving the correct item


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • HIRVY is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

  • If you believe your package is missing, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim

  • HIRVY can assist with documentation for claims, but cannot issue a refund for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered


7. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, HIRVY will notify you of approval

  • If approved, refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund


8. Policy Updates

  • HIRVY reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
